According to a report by Public Relations Dept. of Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Co., on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, in view of God Almighty’s graces and untiring efforts of Iranian industrial workmen in the year of Resilient Economy, Production and Employment, 21 of 28 Day Test, for the purpose of stabilizing Early Production, was completed entirely successfully in minimum required time after 21 days.
It must be mentioned that the production of this oil field was initially commenced on March 13, 2017, in the presence of Iran’s Oil Minister Bijan Zangeneh with 15000 barrels per day. As of April 2017, production and transport of minimum 30000 barrels per day and thus far nearly 4.5 million oil barrels from this shared and complex field, having fulfilled all technical standards, quality related aspects and without any incidents have been accomplished.
Having achieved this huge success, Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Co. appointed as buy-back Contractor of Azar Oil Field Development by a consortium consisting of Ahdaf Investment Co. and Oil Industries Engineering and Construction Group, has completely honored its contractual commitments on accomplishment of Early Production towards Petroleum Engineering and Development Co..
It is worth pointing out that so far the total drilling operations performed has been 68,176 meters which means 10 wells have been completed and the other 7 wells’ drilling is underway until achieving the production objective of 65000 barrels per day from this shared field.
